On Tuesday December 2nd, 2003, the UCLA Hemotology/Oncology clinic had their annual Christmas party. This is the second opportunity we have ben given to attend this event. Unfortunately, last year Sean's counts were too low to go and so this years event is the first we have attended. The event was held at the Ackerman Center on  the UCLA campus and had a very large turn out. As you can see in one of the photos below there were several hundred people in attendance and it was more than a little crowded. Still, we had a great time and all of the kids got to talk to Santa and pick a present from a huge amount of toys supplied by Mattel. Take a look at the pictures below and share in our evening.

Look at this crowd. Believe it or not, this picture is from about half way through the night and lots of people have already left. Sean had a chance to make a special Christmas Cookie.
Sean made some faces for the camera/ Sean and Kelly took this great picture.
This is one of our favorite nurses, Angie. She was always very sweet to Sean. Thanks Angie...we'll miss you!! This is nurse Kim. As far as Sean is concerned, all nurses need to be as good as Kim before they can touch him. She is the scale by which all other nurses are measured. Thanks Kim!!!
Sean briefs Santa on his latest Christmas wish list. Um...maybe Santa should sit on Chris' lap. I gotta stop feeding that kid!!!
Sean chose Hot Wheels Viper Blast as his present. Here's the boy putting the finishing touches on his Christmas cookie.

Here's the family.
